The Hibulb Cultural Center is dedicated to those who have gone home before us and those who remain to keep the cultural fires burning. It is approximately 23,000 square foot with a 50-acre natural history preserve. The interactive Cultural Center features a main exhibit, a temporary exhibit, two classrooms, a research library, a gift shop, and a long house. The Hibulb Cultural Center and Natural History Preserve mission is to revive, restore, protect, interpret, collect and enhance the history, traditional cultural values and spiritual beliefs of the Tulalip Tribes who are the successors in interest to the Snohomish, Snoqualmie, and Skykomish tribes and other tribes and bands signatory to the Treaty of Point Elliott.
The Hibulb Cultural Center echo the contemporary world that the Tulalip Tribes lives in but highlights and honors the traditional cultural values and spiritual beliefs of the Tulalip ancestors. The Center will be place tribal members and visitors can explore the true story of the Tulalip people, and offer a place to reflect on the Tulalip historic relationship to the land.
The Hibulb Cultural Center features a fully certified collections and archaeological repository. Making it the only Tribal facility certified by the state of Washington.
The Hibulb Cultural provides a series of cultural activites including:

artist demonstrations
family activities
docent program
private tours
cirriculum
Fee's for activities are standard admission, or free to members.
The Tulalip Tribes is a soverign nation.
The onsite research library features books, media material and internet access to assist you in your research of Tulalip history and culture. The library has a small collection of reproductions of historic maps of Tulalip and Washington State dated from 1854.
