Description
EXHIBITIONS

The Hofstra University Museum presents between 6-8 original exhibitions per year in its two galleries. Exhibitions feature works by contemporary artists, artists and works from the past and from various world cultures, as well as works from our permanent collections. The Museum borrows works from other institutions from time to time, and does occasionally offer exhibitions generated at Hofstra to other institutions. As one example, the 2009 original exhibition "Tranquil Power: The Art of Perle Fine," will be traveling in 2012 to three other venues.
