Our mission is to: Maintain an archive of documentary materials concerning all facets of the history of The United Methodist Church.
? Serve as the official repository of materials produced by the agencies, boards, commissions, committees, local churches and general officers of The South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church.
? Collect and preserve historical artifacts related to the United Methodist Church.
? Operate a Museum that interprets, through exhibits, tours and educational programs the early history of Methodism in America, particularly as it relates to John Wesley, the history of the South Georgia Conference and the history of the island history and of Epworth by the Sea.
